Kazuragon is a pitcher plant-themed kaijin of the Satan Empire and an antagonist in episode 32 of The Kagestar.
He is voiced by Eken Mine, who previously voiced Mukaderiya and Sangoras in the same series.
Biography[]
Kazuragon was sent by Doctor Satan in order to kidnap children to feed their blood to a blood-sucking plant. He first targeted a group of children that included a boy named Daisuke who was obsessed with UFOs, but Daisuke managed to escape. Kageo and Suzuko later began investigating after Takeshi told them what had happened. The two found one of Daisuke's books and went to his home to return it, only for Daisuke and his mother to be attacked by Kazuragon. Kazuragon sent Satan Empire Combatants to attack Kageo and Suzuko, who transformed into Kagestar and Bellestar to do battle. The two fought the combatants off, but were unable to stop Kazuragon from kidnapping Daisuke.
Daisuke was placed in a cell with his friends in preparation for them to be fed to the plant, but Daisuke was able to send out a message calling for help by writing "SOS" on a paper mache UFO he had made and tossing it out the window. The UFO was found by Kageo, who was able to locate Kazuragon's base and free the children, but Kazuragon took Suzuko hostage and used her to force them all to surrender. He then placed Kageo on a deathtrap that would kill him by slicing him in half with a saw and tied Suzuko and the children to trees to be devoured by his plant. However, Kageo was able to escape by using the saw to cut his chains and became Kagestar to rescue Suzuko and the children. After being freed, Suzuko became Bellestar and joined Kagestar in battling Kazuragon and his combatants. Kazuragon was defeated by Kagestar hitting him with his "Kage Punch" and shouted "Heil Satan!" before exploding.
