Keibi Doubler (ケイビダブラー Keibi Daburā, lit. Security Doubler) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Gavan who appears in episode 30. It is a Doubler who serves as a bodyguard to San Dorva and help him defeat and kill Gavan under Witch Kiba's orders.
It was voiced by late Eisuke Yoda, who also voiced Volcano Mask General Magman in Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, Shine in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, Führer Taboo in Dai Sentai Goggle V, and Lu-Long, Parchis, Demost and Silver Shark in Sekai Ninja Sen Jiraiya.
Biography[]
The Keibi Doubler was first created following the return of Don Horror's son San Dorva and his mother Witch Kiba to Space Crime Organization Makuu, to help the former defeat and kill Gavan. After Retsu managed to free himself from being paralyzed by Witch Kiba, the Doubler suddenly emerges from the ground and then beat him up. It then restrained Retsu to allow San Dorva to kill him, but only to be stopped by another space sheriff named Alan. After freeing himself from the Doubler, Retsu proceed to transform into Gavan and fought against San Dorva. Out of fear that Dorva will be killed if he was defeated, Witch Kiba orders Keibi Doubler to protect Dorva and fought Gavan.
After they're dragged into Makuu Space, the Doubler disguised itself as Gavan's father Voicer in order to lowering his guard, before detaching its head and attempt to blow it up at him. After its head was kicked off, the Doubler's body then restrained Gavan to have him getting hit by its head. It then tortured Gavan with its pair of magnetic spheres before leading the fighters into firing at him, which Gavan had to call upon Gavion and Dol for a backup. Finally, Gavan managed to destroy the Doubler with Gavan Dynamic.
