Keisuke Okamura is the leader of the Neo-Shade organization and the main antagonist of the final episode of Kamen Rider Drive.
He was portrayed by Hassei Takano.
History[]
Keisuke stole the Newton Eyecon from the Special Investigation lab. When the Neo-Shade hideout was raided by the Kamen Riders, Keisuke fled while his men and two Roidmudes he had allied with fought the three Riders.
Keisuke's identity as the thief was later identified and Shinnosuke and Genpachiro went to confront him in an abandoned factory. Caught, Keisuke told them that he was only following the order of the Neo-Shade leader. goes to examine the Eyecon, a mysterious figure then attacks Shinnosuke and Genpachiro, giving Keisuke an opportunity to escape.
Kidnapping Kiriko, Keisuke demands Shinnosuke give him the Eyecon in exchange for Kiriko's life. However, Shinnosuke manages to knock Keisuke's gun from his hand and save Kiriko before arresting Keisuke.
