Keller Landreaux is the main antagonist of the 2010 direct-to-video supernatural slasher film Mirrors 2. Keller is a department store manager, a rapist and murderer, and the archnemesis of Eleanor Reigns, the victim who returns as a ghost to take revenge.
He is portrayed by Lawrence Turner.
Biography[]
Keller has a reputation for harassing women, so colleagues Jenna McCarty and Ryan Parker decide to set up new employee Eleanor by vetting her with putting her in Keller's orbit. They spike her drink with a roofie and make Keller take her home, but as he obsessed about her all night, he got her alone at the store instead. When she brushed his face with her hand while she stretched and then passed out, Keller either saw it as a pass or was too perverted already that he raped her while she wasn't moving. Eleanor woke up, forced Keller of her, and ran, Keller running and shouting after her he wanted her to not report him. He caught her and strangled her to death in a rage, shrieking it was her fault instead. He left her for dead, and the cracked mirror she stared into in her last moments trapped her spirit.
Eleanor would later come back as a ghost to take revenge on the people responsible for her death and the subsequent cover up. She used their reflections to attack them, mangling former guard Henry Schow, who erased the footage on Keller's orders before quitting, and then butchering Jenny and Ryan. Max Matheson, the new guard and the son of CEO Jack, who was reopening the store, was nearly killed in a car crash that took his fiancé Kayla, so he could see Eleanor in the mirrors. Eleanor realized this and eventually led him to her sister Elizabeth, who went with him to find Henry for answers. Henry admitted Eleanor was dead and that she was in the store's basement. Max and Elizabeth find her, but Keller, who followed them, shoots at them with a pistol and tries to kill them both. When he chokes Elizabeth to near-death, she sees Eleanor for the first time since she was killed. Max shoves Keller into the central mirror in the store, where Eleanor crawls out and takes hold of Keller. Keller screams in terror as Eleanor drags her in, violently slaughtering him while his blood stains the inside mirror, before the glass finally shatters. Keller is considered a fugitive on the run, and Henry gives his confession to police before Eleanor kills him as well.
