Ken Rosenberg is the deuteragonist of the 2002 video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and a supporting character in it's 2004 sequel, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
He is voiced by William Fichtner, who also portrayed Roger van Zant in Heat, the Bank Manager in The Dark Knight, Butch Cavendish in The Lone Ranger, The Accountant in Drive Angry and Eric Sacks in the 2014 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film.

Born in 1953, Ken Rosenberg would eventually go into law school and graduate as a lawyer. At some point in 1978, Rosenberg would start work with the Liberty City based Forelli Crime Family.
In 1984, Rosenberg would establish his own business in Vice City, Florida, K Rosenberg & Co.. That very same year, his company would begin to represent the Vice News Network legally. By 1986, Rosenberg would establish ties with the Forelli Family, representing them legally. He would also establish ties with many big players in Vice City, including Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez and Avery Carrington.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
In 1986, Rosenberg helps the don of the Forelli Family, Sonny Forelli, in establishing his family's expansion into Vice City by setting up a drug deal between Victor Vance and Tommy Vercetti before driving over to Escobar International Airport to pick up Tommy, Harry and Lee and drive them all to the deal. However, the deal is ambushed, killing Victor, Harry and Lee before Rosenberg drives Tommy back to his law firm.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas[]
By the early 1990's, Rosenberg's relationship with Vercetti would fall apart due to his growing cocaine addiction before he eventually went into rehab in Fort Carcer, San Andreas. While his rehabilitation was successful, his friendship with Vercetti was damaged beyond repair and he lost his job as a lawyer. He immediately is caught in the clutches of the three families of Liberty City, the Forellis, the Leones, and the Sindaccos, who have him run Caligula's Casino in Las Venturas.
While hiding in his office, Rosenberg is introduced to Carl Johnson.
