Kenny Linder is a major antagonist of the Fast & Furious franchise. He is a professional NASCAR driver and the racing rival of Jack Toretto, the father of both the protagonist Dominic Toretto alongside his brother Jakob Toretto and their sister Mia Toretto. It soon transpired that Kenny played a significant part in the Torettos' past regarding Jack's death.
He was portrayed by Jim Parrack, who also played Jonny Frost in Suicide Squad, Paul Mulford in Criminal Minds, and Nick Munroe in Supernatural.
Biography[]
Early on, Kenny Linder was a professional NASCAR driver. Although he was a professional racer, he may have had a rivalry with Jack Toretto, and mostly resorted to cheating by shunting other vehicles to win races. During the last stock car season of 1989, he shunted the left bumper of the Jack's stock car, which spun out and killed Jack instantly when his car crashed into a wall and burst into flames at 120 miles per hour.
A week following the accident, after mocking Jack's middle child, Jakob Toretto and insulting Jack's oldest child Dominic Toretto, the latter angrily maimed him with a wrench on his face. As a result, Kenny suffered injuries to the left side of his face and was unable to drive his race car due to his injuries. Later, he found as a high school janitor and commuted to work on a bus.

- Kenny Linder using dirty tactics against other stock car racers can somewhat be similar to the Cars antagonist, Chick Hicks, who also resorts to forced crashes and cheating to win.
