Keon is a middle-aged man with pale-blue eyes with red terracotta-color hair. He seen usually seen wearing a white shirt, black tie, and a cream beige coat.
Personality[]
Keon is a very strict man who is dedicated to his job. His strict nature allows him to deal with powerful delinquents, like John Doe and Terrence, and is not afraid to use force or physical abuse. As a member of the Authorities, he obsessively tries to discourage others from vigilantism. He is willing to put anyone for simply reading a banned book on this subject in a three month rejuvenation program.
