Kevin
Kevin is a kid from Ed Edd n' Eddy who is the biggest bully on the Cul de Sac. He is constantly tormenting and ridiculing the Eds, especially Eddy, calling them "dorks" and other such things. He is frequently seen riding a bike. Along with all the other kids, Kevin becomes friends with the Eds at the end of Ed Edd n' Eddy's Big Picture Show after meeting Eddy's Brother and seeing how evil he is.
