Kevin Hamilton was the best friend of Franklin Saint and the brother of Kane Hamilton. He is also a supporting character in season 1 and the main antagonist of season 2 of Franklin’s story arc of the FX tv series Snowfall.
He was portrayed by Malcolm M. Mays.
Biography[]
Kevin has always been one of Franklin Saint's most loyal friends and his best friend along with Leon Simmons and Rob Volpe.
After helping Franklin sell cocaine, which Franklin had gotten from a contact of Rob's that's called Avi Drexler, he went into business with him and became part of the Family, a gang made up of many members including Leon, Franklin and Rob and many still others like Uncle Jerome Saint. As time passed, Franklin began to sell cocaine to crack, teaching various people how to do it. Kevin, given the opportunity, began to sell crack together with his cousin Delroy Hamilton, a family member who he had brought into the business, after having sold enough day he let Delroy sell Crack together with a friend but he is Delroy they sold the Crack in the Spanish area and a hitman, from the Stomper gang, Conejo took Delroy and his friend off guard killing them and after doing so Kevin Hamilton looks for Conejo to eliminate him after exchanging information about the preparation of the crack with information about Conejo with Lucia Villanueva, Kevin went to visit Conejo where he met with his daughter to eliminate him but was stopped by Franklin and Leon who wanted to avoid a war with the Spanish after having Having spoken, Kevin will tell Franklin to leave the circuit because he is not capable of doing that type of work and after turning to go and eliminate Conejo, Franklin shoots Kevin dead and runs away shortly after from DEA agent Lorena Cardenas who was there to stop the situation, after convincing Lorena, Teddy McDonald will free Franklin from prison and Lorena will die shortly after at the hands of Oso.
