The Kids at Play figure is an antagonist from the Five Nights at Freddy's Fazbar Frights series, appearing as the main antagonist of the story Kids at Play.
The Kids at Play figures are a series of road signs which were dìplaced in various parts of the city as part of a Freddy Fazbear initiative to deter reckless drivers. Joel, after being fired from the D'Agostino Garden Center by his own father, gets in his pick-up truck and drives back home at full speed. He ends up accidentally hitting one of the Kids at Play road signs. Noticing a brown puddle on the signs' feet, he drives away disgusted by it. The next day, he finds in his Freddy Fazcrounch cereal box a small toy version of the sign he hit as a prize. He decides to drive, and he accidentally ends up hitting another thing again. He finds out that this time it's a human child. Terrified, he decides to drive back home. In the following days, he finds many Kids at Play road signs in his neighborhood, which strenghtens his sense of guilt and starts to scare him. When he returns at home, he decides to destroy the toy of the Kids at Play figure he has out of fear. The following day, he starts feeling stiff, and, controlled by an unseen force, he's brought out of the house and into the ditch where he ran over the kid. His limbs, eyes and skin falls off, before he fully loses the ability to think, turning into one of the Kids at Play figures.
