The Kihara Family, also known as the Kihara Clan or just the Kiharas, are major antagonists in the A Certain Magical Index franchise, serving as the main antagonists of the Science Side.
They are family of brilliant yet immoral scientists in Academy City that are the forerunners of the most twisted and inhuman experiments. They usually have high-ranking posts over multiple organizations under Academy City's Dark Side. They have proven to be quite a recurring antagonistic force against multiple protagonists in the franchise.
Biography[]
The Kiharas are known for natural expertise in science, as well as the gravitation of their actions to the evil and heinous standards. They are willing to ignore all moral and ethics for the purpose of scientific advancement.
