Kim is a major character in the Omori franchise, serving as the secondary antagonist of the Faraway Town sections of the 2020 video game, and a possible upcoming character in the 2024 manga adaption.
She is a member of the Hooligans, alongside her brother, Vance and she is Aubrey's best friend.

We don't know so much about her past but we know a few things about her. We know that she becamed friend with Aubrey and maked her member and leader of the Hooligans. There is also chance of that she actually created/formered the Hooligans.
