The King is the tritagonist of the Dan the Man franchise.
As his title suggests, he is the monarch and ruler of the villager, alongside being the commander of his Guards.
Biography[]
The King is the dimwitted ruler of the village and the leaders of the Guards. Although he is a king, he is totally unaware of the villages or the guards needs. As seen in the game and videos, he always drinking, peeing and staying in the spas, even the war broke out between the Resistance and guards. Due to his laziness, the villagers hate him, and eventually start a riot and break the King's statues. Although he is categorized as the villain, he is a friend of Dan and others.
He has no prominent role, he always seen while drinking or peeing. In stage eight, he hides in a toilet, however, the Resistance found him and the leader killed him and stole his crown. In Fright Zone, he is seen twice when sitting in toilet and running.
It’s shown in Stage 9, after Dan refused to join The Resistance that the king Actually cares about the village and guards, as when the whistleblower shows him what The Advisor has been doing to the peasants, he orders the guards to arrest him.
In Stage 10, the King gives Dan moral support after being hailed as a god by the peasants. After an angry Priest burst into the room to tell Dan their Chicken God Cult is better, Dan beats them up, and is cheered on by the King, alongside the peasants.
Eventually in Stage 13, it is told by a peasant to the King that the rivaling Chicken God Cult is becoming more of a threat to them through terrorism and kidnapping. So the King decides to go to war with them, arming himself and his party before charging out of the castle for battle. This is continued in Stage 14, where the King takes out a few of the members, and prepare to chase off the remaining members, before being stopped by Josie.
During the night in Stage 15, the King is celebrating their triumph in their battle with kegs of beer, before the King accidentally trips into the campfire and sets his head on fire. In the morning in Stage 16, the King, alongside Dan, and his guards raid the Chicken God Cult's temple, soon reaching the top in Stage 17, where the posthumous leader had already summoned Gustavo the Chicken God. The King is frightened by this and takes a massive dump right on the spot before running down the temple. His indirect assistance turns out to be useful, as Gustavo, while being gunned with a wall of bullets, slips off the temple from the King's pile of feces. After Gustavo lands on the ground, the King reluctantly blows the final shot on it with his pistol before celebrating with his guards for winning the war against the Chicken God Cult.
By Stage 19, the King decides to produce a film dubbed, "God Slayer" which serves as a retelling of the war with the Chicken God Cult, from his perspective. He shows up at the premiere and is cheered on by a crowd of peasants while having some pictures taken by a few photographers.
In Stage 20, after Dan has been inflicted with a curse, this causes trouble to everyone in the village, so the King has him exiled to an island that also has people with the same curse in the hopes of curing it. The King sadly waves goodbye to Dan as one of his guards comfort him. Eventually in Stage 22, the King decides to compete in a golf tournament, but has his bodyguards rig it so that he can score a hole in one for each hole. However, he is faced against a disguised Dan, (who also competes after finding out how to get rid of his curse) who on the final hole, has his bodyguards bribe him into forfeiting. After defeating the guards, the King waits patiently for him, soon cheering when Dan scores a hole.

- Despite being the only villain in the game that never harms the player directly, he is still considered a threat due to his influence over the town and role in its corruption.
