King Godzilla is the main antagonist of the manga's final two chapters, and serves as Godzilla's most difficult opponent.

His initial appearance started off as a identical clone of the real Godzilla, who bears the Heisei design.
After Dr. Mad Oniyama infused him with King Ghidorah, Biollante, and Battra's cells, his arms and legs are replaced by two King Ghidorah heads and legs, has Battra's wings and when his chest was injured a Biollante head appears on it.
Personality[]
King Godzilla shows little to no personality as he seemly loyal to his creator.
After Mad Oniyama transplant his head into King Godzilla. He is completely under his control and serve as Mad Oniyama's body.
History[]
King Godzilla started off as identical clone of Godzilla when Mad Oniyama extracted cells from him when piloting Neo Gigan and cloned Godzilla as a result. His first order is to have the Godzilla clone dig out the remains of Battra from a iceberg (Who was killed in the events of Godzilla vs. Mothra (1992) as the manga take place between the aforementioned film and Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II) for his plans.
Afterwards Mad Oniyama infused the Godzilla clone with the cells of King Ghidorah, Biollante and Battra then transplanted his head into the clone to completely control it and redub it as King Godzilla. King Godzilla would later have attack a U.N escort in Satan Toll attacking fighter jets which shot down the plane of the G-Team is on and attempted to kill them before the real Godzilla shows up and fight King Godzilla, however King Godzilla overwhelms Godzilla and seemly kills him when he drops him on spikes.
With Godzilla seemly dealt with Mad Oniyama had King Godzilla attack Japan where he destroy many cities with using an combined atomic breath and gravity beams blast to devastate an city.
G-Team would attempt to use the mecha Machine G and set off to stop King Godzilla as two have a aerial battle seemly shooting masers through King Godzilla’s chest before it regenerated in the form of a Biollante head and firs an acid sap before ramming into the mecha and knock it down. Before King Godzilla can finish off the downed mecha Godzilla shown up seemly recharged from a lightning strike to have a rematch with his clone. After batting Godzilla grabbed King Godzilla in a suicide attempt to bring down King Godzilla by plunging them both (and Mad Oniyama with King Godilla) into the Satan Toll volcano seemly killing them all as they disappeared in the volcano.
Since Godzilla reappeared in the subsequent film Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II and the rest of the Heisei Era. It is more than likely King Godzilla was killed.
