Zuou, also known as King Zuou, is the main antagonist of the sequel manga series Hinowa Ga Crush!. He is the ambitious king of the Tenrou nation who seeks to conquer the entire continent of Wakoku and unite them all as one under his reign. As of now, he originally sought to capture mermaids in order to expand his lifespan and conquered Soukai as his latest conquest, but failed to achieve the former.
Biography[]
Nothing is known of Zuou's past. But, its been stated that he shows to be executing innocent people, as seen where he was stated to take delight in human heads gifted to him and took personal interest in the young man due to his unique "artwork" and potential as a general.
Zuou is first seen holding a Danger Beast that he hunted on the lake that is later used as an a special diner for all the Tenrou members. While eating, he tells his primary goal in his multiple war campaigns against the numerous Kingdom of Wakoku being him once again re-unifying the entire land under one sole kingdom similarly to the unified Wakoku many years ago and is currently bolstering his forces and using whatever means necessary in order to accomplish this goal.
Personality[]
Despite his avaricious cruelty and arrogance, Zuou had proven himself to be a highly tactical ruler that shown to be a highly capable strategist and extremely pragmatic in his approach during his goal to completely unify the Tenrou nation.
Appearance[]
Zuou is a tall and muscular man with spiky black hair, red eyes and short beard, he is dressed in a long cloak with skulls in the shoulders, an suit of armor shaped like bones and pants with a numerous metal plates tied in a ribbon and sandals.

This is seen where he would frequently differ to the strategic approaches of Akugetsu and Shamon rather than simply use brute force during his expansion campaigns. Zuou was also noted to favor using Kururiya's Ninja Forces in order to hasten the conquests of nations by eliminating key figures in the enemy camp. Further alluding to Zuou preference to avoid extended war's in favor of simply removing the enemy leadership on her horses.
Blade of the Shadow Woman'[]
Zuou carries the Meihou, Blade of the Shadow Woman: a katana that can kill those with an extremely fast slash though the wind.
