The King of Accordia is the secondary antagonist of Dragon Quest Heroes II. He first appears as a king who help other kings to achieve peace, but in reality, he is extremely power hungry and is manipulated by Fractos to believe that he is his sibling.

On a first look, the King of Accordia is a king who wanted to help achieve peace. However, in reality, the King of Accordia is very power hungry and is manipulated by Fractos to help kill all humans. However, his desire of power will lead to his doom, as Fractos is merely using him as a tool.
Biography[]
When the Kingdom of Harba is suddenly attacked by the Kingdom of Dunisia, Desdemona brings Lazarel and Teresa to the Kingdom of Accordia to meet the King of Accordia, who sent them to the Kingdom of Dunisia to make a truce. Eventually, the prince of Dunisia, Cesar, completed the truce with Harba, and then they visit the Kingdom of Ingenia to investigate the murder of King of Dunisia.
Eventually, the army from the Beastland suddenly started to attack the Kingdom of Harba, Accordia, Dunisia and Ingenia. The King of Accordia is one of the commanders to fight against the army from Beastland.
When the war ended, the King of Accordia, together with his "twin brother" brainwashed the monster soldiers of the seven kingdoms to attack the kingdoms. The King of Accordia then revealed himself to be the "twin kings" that will rule the world with his "sibling" before summoning some monsters to finish off the heroes and the other six rulers. However, they all escaped.
Eventually, the heroes confront the King of Accordia and his "brother" in the throne room of Pinnacle of Peril. They have a fight and the the King of Accordia is defeated, he begs his "sibling" to save him, but the the monarch reveals himself to be the ancient demon lord Fractos, before casting a spell towards King of Accordia, fatally wounding him. As he asked why his "sibling" attack him, the King of Accordia collapsed and died.
