Kinnikuman Zebra is a major antagonist in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.
He is one of the Five Fated Princes who act as the main antagonist force in the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne Arc. Later he would become an ally during the Omega Centauri's Six Spears arc.

Due to his of having to get money to survive and thrive as a Chojin, Zebra cannot physically understand the concept of friendship, not understand why anyone would help someone else when not being paid to do so.
After Zebra is bathed in the dark light that Parthenon shone on him, he becomes much more malicious even going as far as to cheat to win, using the corner post as a bat to beat down his opponent and holding onto rocks as he punches so they hurt even more. Zebra doesn't just commit these evil acts of cheating but he also loves doing so.

Zebra Kid[]
Zebra Kid was Zebra's best friend in the world with the two working together even in jobs that no one else would ever take. When the Chojin Association representative asked for Zebra Kid's pelt for a billion Chojin dollars, Zebra initially refused until the Chojin Association representative said that he would never become a Chojin otherwise which led to Zebra killing Zebra Kid and intentionally become much more malicious so that he could betray anyone without having to feel the same pain that he did when he killed Zebra Kid.
Despite at least a decade passing since he killed Zebra Kid, Zebra had never gotten over his act of murdering his best friend with it haunting him even during matches against both Kinnikuman and Mariquitaman. Zebra would try to convince himself that he didn't feel bad for killing Zebra Kid and that he died because Zebra forced him to, however, after Kinnikuman proved that Zebra Kid allowed himself to die so Zebra could fulfil his dream, he became to morn his friend's death.

Despite Super Phoenix and Soldier both being opponents that Zebra would have had to fight against if he beat Team Kinnikuman, Zebra isn't above complimenting the two teams for looking incredibly strong, it is notable that at the time Zebra was talking to Ataru but he didn't know this. This kindness is repeated back at Zebra by Super Phoenix who complimented both him and Parthenon, likely because he wished for them to destroy Kinnikuman.
These feelings likely also apply to both Kinnikuman Mariposa and Kinnikuman Big Body.
Team Zebra[]
Zebra has a good level of respect for every member of Team Zebra, being the only one of the Five Fated Princes to give each member medals to identify them as members of his team. Zebra often compliments the members of his team for fighting well and even chastised Bikeman (Who was actually Ramenman in disguise) for bad-mouthing Motorman's fighting style.
When members die, Zebra never seems too phased by their deaths, likely because of his cold-hearted nature which allowed him to betray the memories of those who died because of his actions.
In Kinnikuman (2011), none of Team Zebra are revived, whether this was done because Zebra viewed them as. It's also possible that they were revived and simply were never called upon by Zebra.

Powerfulman, just like all five of the Fated Princes, was born on the same day and in the same hospital as Kinnikuman, however, a fire broke out and the mothers of the children all ran in and grabbed their children. This event would be the catalyst for the Five Evil Gods to trick each of the Five Fated Princes into believing that they may potentially be the true Prince of Planet Kinniku.
Powerfulman would live in poverty, having to work at a young age in order to try and buy his way into being a Chojin. He had a zebra called Zebra Kid as his friend and would work to raise money so he could become a Chojin, however, after Powerfulman raised enough money he was rejected by the Chojin Association representative because the price had gone up an additional billion but would be allowed to be a Chojin if he killed Zebra Kid and give him his fur. Powerfulman would do so, clouding his heart and only trusting those who want money, viewing them as simple people whose intentions are easy to predict.
One day, God of Technique appeared before him and entered his body and gave him immense strength, turning him into Kinnikuman Zebra while convincing Zebra that he was the true Prince of Planet Kinniku. Zebra would gather up a team of Parthenon, The Manriki, Motorman and Bikeman, paying them millions Chojin Dollars each, to form Team Zebra.
Kinnikuman[]
Kinnikuman Zebra, alongside the rest of the five of Fated Princes, would reveal themselves at Kinnikuman's coronation and because there was no way to prove any of them weren't the true Prince so they had to battle in a tournament called the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne.
During the second round, Team Zebra would be forced to fight against Team Kinnikuman, however, all of Team Zebra would be defeated one by one with Kinnikuman Zebra being defeated by Kinnikuman himself.
The God of Technique would abandon Kinnikuman Zebra, turning him back into Powerfulman.
Kinnikuman (2011)[]
Once the Omega Centauri's Six Spears appeared, the God of Technique would appear before Powerfulman, informing him of the upcoming threat and granting him his strength again. Zebra would appear before the other Fated Princes, barring Soldier, and claim their masks from the Chojin Museum before teleporting over to the Omega Centauri's Six Spears.
Omegaman Aristera would create a storm with holes that have ropes hanging from them, telling the Fated Princes and Kinnikuman to climb up them to fight against the remaining members of the Six Spears. All of them do so, each one of them being set to fight a different member of the Six Spears with Kinnikuman Zebra fighting against Mariquitaman.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Kinnikuman Zebra has superhuman strength, speed and durability. Other abilities that Chojin have that Kinnikuman Zebra likely has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- God Enhancement: After having the God of Strength give him strength, Kinnikuman Zebra's strength was enhanced to God-like levels, overpowering most Chojin who aren't a member of the Perfect Origin or use Friendship Power.
