Playtime Co. Experiment-1172, more commonly referred to as Kissy Missy is the tritagonist of the Poppy Playtime franchise.
She is a gigantic version of the toy created by Playtime CO., which was created a year after Huggy Wuggy was due to the toy's massive success.
She was voiced by Emily Frongillo in her character cutout seen in Chapter 2.
Personality[]
Unlike almost all of the other toys in the factory, who are very hostile to those who enter, Kissy Missy appears to be sweet and helpful towards the Player, assisting them both in the second, third and fourth chapters. She will still use lethal force towards Playtime employees, such as when she made her escape during the Hour of Joy and attacking the Player before being stopped by Poppy.
Biography[]
Past[]
Kissy Missy was largely housed in Storage B, but Playtime Co. produced her experiment form in the winter of 1991 as part of the Bigger Bodies Initiative. A modified, restricted tape captures what happened on August 8, 1995. The recording continually says to free Kissy later on, having stated at the beginning that it has been edited by a third party. Kissy was loaded onto a cargo train that day in compliance with the Bigger Bodies Contingency Plan in order to be moved to Playcare. But as the train accelerated on the way there, she was unexpectedly freed from the straps, and a few seconds later, The Hour of Joy happened. Kissy Missy chases after a worker who escaped from her after taking out two of the workers who were handling her. She is drenched in blood and is back in her original position at 11:14 AM.
Chapter 2: Fly in a Web[]
She briefly appears and encounters the Player, and opens a door for them.
Chapter 3: Deep Sleep[]
She is seen looking at a photo of a young girl in Home Sweet Home, ignoring the Player.
She tries to lunge at the Player and is presumably about to kill them, only to be stopped by Poppy Playtime who explains she's an ally in stopping the Prototype. Kissy then loses her hostility and helps Poppy and the Player, carrying Poppy on her shoulder for the majority of the time. She helps the duo descend, but then a loud thud and scream is heard.
Chapter 4: Safe Haven[]
Kissy returns. Here, she meets up with Player and Poppy, as well as the new character named Doey.
