The Kito Family are major antagonists in the manga series, Dandandan. They serve as one of the main antagonists of the Cursed House Arc. They are a family with over two centuries of history that have a ceremony occurring each year in which they sacrifice a child of theirs to be devoured by the Tsuchinoko.

History[]
Prior to the feudal period, the worm inhabited a volcano near their village and regularly caused impactful activities. Because of this, villagers started to refer to the worm as the "Tsuchinoko". The Kito family, in order to provide protection to the rest of the village decided to sacrifice one of their child as a ritual sacrifice to be devoured by the tsuchinoko. This ceremony continued for the next two centuries, including one of them giving creation to the Evil Eye.
