Kiyohara Shinano-no-kami is a supporting antagonist in the adventure historical manga and anime series The Elusive Samurai. He was hte leader of the Shinano territory and the kokushi of Shinano.
Appearance[]
Kiyohara is a man with black hair neatly tied at the back. He covers his face makeup as someone who considers it as beauty. He wears a long pink traditional Japanese attire with a few floral patterns and a tradiational Japanese black hat on his head. He has a red layer underneath. His legs wear wide baggy pants and his legwear are a pair of white traditional tabi shoes.
Personality[]
Kiyohara can be depicted as a mindless leader who takes pride of his appearance and has little to no mercy for civilians. This can be shown by his ruthless order of having a man slaughtered when his work is interrupted.
