Kobra Leader

The Kobra Leader was a high-ranking member of the snake cult Kobra and the main antagonist in the Static Shock episode "Future Shock".

He was voiced by Lance Henriksen, who also played John Milton in Scream 3, Sergeant Daniel Neff in Damien: Omen II, Chains Cooper in Stone Cold, Emil Fouchon in Hard Target, Dr. Jarret in Man's Best Friend, Thomas Magruder in the Gun video games, and General Shepard in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Biography[]

The member rose through the ranks and eventually became a leader of the cult. The police arrested Kobra Leader, but Kobra captured Static, one of the greatest superheroes in the world. The cult negotiated with the police a trade to get their leader back. However they did not have any plans of negotiating and only used the trade as an escape opportunity for their leader. The Kobra Leader escaped police custody and hijack an aircraft to get to Platform 247. He arrived at the platform to personally kill Static but he was confronted by Static's younger self and the future Batman. Batman threw knock out gas at the leader and Static energized the compound, knocking out the leader. The Kobra Leader taken back to police custody.
