Biography[]
During the game, it is revealed that Kong Feirong is the head of a rogue splinter faction of the Chinese army and has allied himself with Nikoladze. Feirong seized the Chinese Embassy in Burma and provided Nikoladze's terrorist forces with transport and munitions in exchange for weapons grade nuclear materials. However when the planned executions of US soldiers and Chinese diplomats at Mouke Tsoe Bo Meats abbatoir goes wrong, mainly due to NSA agent Sam fisher rescuing the hostages and then assassinating Nikoladze's right hand man Vyacheslav Grinko, Nikoladze abandons Feirong.
Panicked, Feirong orders his subordinates to evacuate the embassy but not before destroying evidence of their illegal activities. Unfortunately for him, Fisher infiltrates the embassy, destroys the trucks containing nuclear materials and coerces Feirong to access his computer before Feirong dies from poisoned alcohol he had been drinking in sorrow.
