Kong Tuo-Kwang is the main antagonist of the Hitman (2016) mission A House Built on Sand.
Once a street orphan in Kowloon Walled City, Kong Tuo-Kwang made his way to the top from nothing. The CEO of China Corp, he invests in developing countries such as those in Africa. While he claims to have nothing but good intentions, he is ultimately a shrewd businessman with little moral principles and a lust for power and wealth. At the time of the mission, he was planning to buy Hamilton-Lowe's trade secrets from chief architect Matthieu Mendola, but was assassinated by Agent 47.
Kong is a tall, old Chinese man. He wears a purple suit with a yellow shirt.
While generally amiable, Kong is a cutthroat capitalist willing to cross any lines, even breaking the law, to rise.
- If held at gunpoint by Agent 47, Kong will threaten to unleash the "wrath of the Hong Kong underworld" on Agent 47, revealing his criminal ties.
- Kong will mention that he's looking forward to tearing down Marrakesh's buildings to build his high-rises.
