Krampus, otherwise known as the Christmas Devil, is the titular main antagonist of the low budget B films Christmas Devil series. He is Santa Claus's brother and the devil of Christmas. He seeks to put pain to as many children as possible, specifically naughty children, as he is forced to keep the tradition of Christmas, he did not know, however, that he was but a pawn of his brother, Santa Claus.
He was portrayed by Benjamin Berlin.
Biography[]
Origin[]
Krampus was a demon born from Hel, goddess of the underworld, along with his brother who would eventually become Santa. Santa eventually became Krampus`s boss, and Krampus follows orders from his brother. Krampus, along with his brother, has a delight in torturing young kids in the most brutal ways.
Krampus: The Christmas Devil[]
Krampus first appears dragging a young mean boy named Jeremy Duffin to a lake, intending to drown him. Jeremy survived, however, and vowed to destroy Krampus. When Jeremy grows up, he becomes a police officer, and set out to kill Krampus. Krampus kidnaps a spoiled boy named Sean, and takes him to his cave, torturing him. Krampus came and killed two of Jeremy's friends, killing one man. The other he dragged to his lair and gutted him with a sword, all the while a terrified captured women watches in horror before Krampus rapes her. Krampus recognizes Jeremy, but Jeremy escapes. Krampus was distracted talking to his brother Santa, who orders his brother to release the boy Sean, as Santa has bigger plans. Krampus reluctantly agrees, and releases the boy. Krampus eventually kills a man, and kills Jeremy's wife in front of him, all the while smiling sadistically, taunting him to have a merry Christmas before kidnapping his daughter. This left Jeremy depressed.
Krampus: The Devil Returns[]
Krampus first appears attacking and killing two boys who sneaked into an abandoned house. he later appears kidnapping a boy named Donnie, by Santa`s orders. Taking Donnie to Santa, Santa orders Krampus to whip Donnie to death. Krampus, gleefully, whips the boy to death, and mutilates dead children bodies. He later captures Jeremy, and, along with his brother Santa, watches as they force Jeremy to engage in a satanic incest ritual with his long lost daughter Heather. Eventually, Krampus kills a bunch of gang criminals for fun, and leaves with his brother Santa, leaving Jeremy behind.
Appearance[]
Krampus in the first film is covered in a red robe, with half of his face showing a bearded demon. In the second film, he has no hood or beard, and his horns are more curvy.
Personality[]
Krampus likes to ruin people's lives, he is a demon enjoying pain in other people. He is disgusted by children, and wants to destroy as many children as possible. he is also shown to be quite sadistic, as he gives children a slow, brutal, and painful death. He is forced to kill only naughty children due to Christmas tradition however, and especially because Santa doesn't allow him too. He also does not care for his brother Santa, viewing him as a burden who gets in his way. But Santa`s powers force Krampus to serve him.
