Kriem is one of the villains of Tiger & Bunny. She is member of Ouroboros and the girlfriend of Jake Martinez. She was the one who controlled the mad bears using her hair; her hair having the property to control inanimate objects because she is a NEXT.
Meeting Jake[]
Kriem was bullied by her classmates because she was a NEXT, and her parents didn't want her for the same reason. She was kidnapped by Jake Martinez sometime in late December 1957, and Jake ordered her parents to pay a ransom to get her back. However, her parents don't show up to pay the ransom as they don't want her back. Kriem explains why her parents don't want her due to her powers, then begs Jake to kill her. He does not kill her and instead says she's Superior to normal folk because she's a NEXT, and uncuffs her. She ends up following him. The day they were waiting for her parents to pay the ransom was the same day Albert Maverick killed the parents of Barnaby Brooks Jr, and he used Jake's identity to cover his tracks in Barnaby's Memories and give himself an alibi.
Freeing Jake[]
Sometime in January of 1978, Kriem blows up several major roads of Sternbild in the name of Ouroboros (using mechs controlled by Mad Bears, which are in turn controlled by her power), and demands the city release Jake from prison. Kriem claimed she'd stop the attack if Jake was freed, and initially goes through with the deal when Jake is released. However, Jake continues the attack afterwards, and adds to the stakes by demanding to fight the Heroes one on one.
Suicide[]
Kriem was initially put into a coma after Jake lost his fight against Barnaby Brooks Jr, as she was in the helicopter crash that killed Jake. When Barnaby and Kotetsu interrogate her about her past and information regarding Ouroboros, she tells them her side of the story of what happened on Christmas Eve in 1957, before promptly ending her life by removing all medical devices attached to her so she can die. She does this in hopes to leave Barnaby without the closure of knowing who killed his parents, and to be with Jake. Ironically, her side of the story ends up leading Barnaby on the path to the truth of who killed his parents.
