Kris Delaney also known as Logos is one of the bosses of the 2012 Game Syndicate which he is used to take out Miles Kilo and Use Lily Drawl as an Experiment of his to either help or against EuroCorp.
He is Voiced by an unknown voice actor.

The Experiment is unknown on what it's used for, but it has something to do with the terrorist connections and Lily wasn't sure what this was about but she did have a feeling that is Deadly.
