Vert Wheeler was always one for challenges, but this one was particularly bold: he decided to face a mysterious tornado that seemed to teleport him to another planet. Upon arrival, he found himself amidst a chaotic scene where he encountered formidable Blue Sentient, Sage she was hostage by enemies Hacth, Krocomodo, She was demanding the return of a powerful Battle Key, which Vert learned the Vandals planned to use for conquest.
Determined to rescue his friends, Vert sprang into action. Just as Sage recovered the Battle Key, she hopped into Vert's vehicle, and he gave chase, using a spear hook to try to catch up. Unfortunately, the attempt failed, and Kalus summoned Hacth, Krocomodo, and Sever to track down Vert and reclaim the key. In a tense moment, the alien warriors located Vert and attempted to retrieve the key, nearly pushing him into a pool of lava.
Despite the odds stacked against him, Vert managed to find a portal to return to Earth, but he quickly realized that Kalus was hot on his tail. Just as he closed the portal, he managed to evade her grasp, but from that moment onward, Kalus regarded him and his team as enemies of the Battle Force 5.
Following their confrontation over the Battle Key, Krocomodo stumbled upon an ancient stone table that sparked an unexpected connection. It was revealed that both he and Stanford shared a common ancestor who had historical ties. Intrigued, Krocomodo sought out Stanford, and they formed a plan to dethrone Kalus and seize control as the new leaders of the Vandal.
As the newly allied duo set their plan into motion, they encountered the Battle Force Five members, who learned about their lineage. However, the situation quickly turned perilous when they were betrayed and captured by Kalus, who sought to uncover the true nature of their ancestor. In a climactic showdown, Krocomodo fought bravely but was ultimately defeated, allowing Vert an opening to rescue him.
After the intense confrontation, Krocomodo faced the consequences of his earlier allegiance, finding himself at the mercy of Kalus, who planned to punish him for his betrayal.
