The Kuchinawa Gang are a yakuza gang acting as the main antagonists of the Mashin Sentai Kiramager spin-off series Mashin Sentai Kiramager Spin-Off: Yodonna and Mashin Sentai Kiramager Spin-Off: Yodonna 2.

The Kuchinawa Gang were formed by the powerful Hideki Kujirasaki who posed as an ordinary businessman and ran the organisation out of his office building with the Maid Cafe Haikyo being setup like a sexualised internet case when it is in reality the organisation's front. His right-hand woman was the deranged and sadistic assassin Yanako Nishinoura whose signature weapon was a razor sharp knife concealed in her right shoe. Somehow, he also got Tetsu Enoshima, the chief of the Tokyo police, in his pocket which allowed him to divert attention away from his operations. They grew so powerful and violent that Yodonna would later claim that they are worse than any in Yodonheim.
Mashin Sentai Kiramager Spin-Off: Yodonna[]
Shortly after the defeat of Yodonheim, members of the Kuchinara Gang meet with other mobsters to exchange illegal food but the clients refuse to pay the full amount for an inferior product as they have previously been let down by the Gang. As such, Yanako murders the leader and the others are also quickly dispatched but someone hiding nearby manages to catch the attack on camera. Later, Ichigo Daifuku and Macaron lure a customer to the back room of the Maid Cafe Haikyo with the promise of sex. Instead, the man is tied down to a table where Yanako cuts out his organs so they can be sold on via the black market before going after rookie detective Shosuke Kakihara with the plan to kill him as he has been gathering evidence against the Kuchinawa Gang whilst the rest of the Kuchinawa Gang confront his younger sister Mizuki as leverage. However, although they corner her, they are fought off by Mizuki since she is being possessed by former Yodonheim general Yodonna as Mizuki's death would destroy her soul.
Later, Zuo and his maids take another man into the back to harvest and Mizuki follows them only to be captured instead. Zuo demands that she hand over the phone containing the video about the Kuchinawa Gang's illegal dealings but she refuses so he has Ichigo and Marcaron prepare to remove her organs. Instead, former Yodonheim general Yodonna takes control of her body much to Zuo's shock; easily defeating the henchmen and even his maids so Zuo attacks himself only to be defeated along with the rest of his maids. Yanako then confronts Yodonna in Mizuki's body with the assassin proving an even match for the Yodonheim general until Mizuki begins to dance which results in Yanako being scarred by a kettle of boiling water. When Tetsu Enoshima arrives, he manages to coax the location of the phone out of Mizuki before Yanako tries to kill Mizuki. However, Tetsu stops her and reveals his criminal nature since killing Mizuki would prevent them from getting the phone. He then reveals that they have Shousuke hostage and tells her to bring them the phone before Yanako and Tetsu leave.
It is very likely that all of the members of the Kuchinawa Gang later receive life imprisonment for thier actions and will spend the rest of thier lives behind bars. However, seeing as Japan has the death penalty, Yanako could also face the gallows for her multiple murders.
