He was portrayed by Michael McKean, who also played Emperor Zing in American Dad!, Sarousch in The Hunchback of Notre Dame II, Horace in 101 Dalmatians: The Series, Elias Grace in Law & Order, Perry White in Smallville, Mr. Dittmeyer in The Brady Bunch Movie, Bill Case in Casper: A Spirited Beginning, Snow Miser in The Year Without a Santa Claus, Ian Peek in Batman Beyond, LG Algae in The Angry Beavers, and Chuck McGill in Better Call Saul.
History[]
Kurt had a wife and two children, Eddie and Alicia. However, he was a pervert who abused his daughter by regularly assaulting and raping her, calling it a game named “monster under the covers”. Kurt’s wife eventually found out what happened, so she left Kurt and took Alice with her, leaving Eddie with Kurt, something she deeply regretted
At an unknown point in time, he became a reality show producer who preyed on actresses coming in; drugging them and raping them. Sandow also manipulates his son into believing nothing bad is happening. At the time of the episode he raped dozens of women.
In “Fathers Shadow”[]
Kurt invites a young woman to audition for his reality show, spiking her drink in the process. He then asked his son, Eddie, and Eddie’s girlfriend, Jess Whitley, to leave the room. Alone with the woman, Kurt assaults her and renders her unable to speak. Afterward, he has Eddie call her a taxi to send her away. The woman is later found and interrogated by SVU, who begin investigating the case.
Soon after, another young woman arrives for the audition, but Detectives Benson and Amaro intervene just in time. He is arrested shortly afterward. Jess eventually turns on Kurt, leading to his imprisonment. Eddie, devastated by the betrayal, takes Jess and her daughter Lily hostage, demanding to see his father.
When Detectives Rollins and Tutuola ask Kurt to meet with his son, he refuses unless he is released and publicly apologized to. The detectives are unable to comply, and Kurt returns to his cell, indifferent to the situation. He taunts them, claiming Eddie becomes aggressive when his blood sugar levels drop.
Further investigation by Benson uncovers that Kurt had been raping his underage daughter, Alicia, under the guise of playing. It’s revealed that Kurt’s wife divorced him, taking Alicia to safety, but he blackmailed her into silence by threatening to cut her off financially. It’s unclear whether additional charges were filed on top of his other charges.
