Kusanosuke Yaguruma is a minor antagonist in the 2014 anime Kill la Kill. His one of the two leaders of the Gardening Club in Honnoji Academy.
Appearance[]
Kusanosuke Yaguruma is a short man with pale skin, a stout nose, freckles, and buck teeth. He wears a Goku Uniform complete with two red flowering pots and a backpack that holds pink carnivorous plants (presumably the Venus flytrap type).
Biography[]
Kusanosuke and his fellow club members confronted Tsumugu Kinagase, a member of Nudist Beach, for trampling the flowers of the school terrace.
A battle ensues afterwards, with Kusanosuke using his giant carnivorous plants to attack Tsumugu; however, Kusanosuke and the Gardening Club were easily pulverized by Tsumugu's anti-Life Fiber weaponry. The Gardening Club leader then pleads with forgiveness during Tsumugu's "two things" discussion, but the latter threatens him for being interruptive.
He makes an appearance with the other club leaders, powering the Naked Sun's turbines in order to slice through the Primordial Life Fiber.
