Kwai Geuk-chai (Chinese: 鬼脚七, Guǐ Jiǎo Qī) is a minor antagonist in the 1993 Hong Kong martial arts film Once Upon a Time in China III. He appeared in subsequent Once Upon a Time in China films as Wong Fei-hung's apprentice.
He was played by Hung yan-yan.

Kwai Geuk-chai appears as the right hand of Chiu Tin-bak, director of the oil plant. He followed Chiu to Wong Kei-ying's pharmacy and injured Kei-ying.
Chiu then tried to kidnap Siu-kwan with rickshaw to suppress Fei-hung, and Chai fought Fei-hung. Although Chai is downtrodden, he manages to kick Fei-hung and gloat.
During the lion dance, Chai meets and fights with Fei-hung's apprentice, Leung Foon. Finally, Foon and Chai came to a stable. Foon released the horses to escape Chai, but Chai's leg was crushed by the horse's hoof when the stable collapsed.
Chai, who had broken his leg, was considered "Useless” by Chiu, and was soon insulted by Chiu and his men. Desperate Chai eventually fainted in Kei-ying's pharmacy and was treated by Fei-hung. He resisted everyone at first and tried to leave, but when he remembered the faces of Chiu and others, he cried to vent and became Fei-hung's apprentice. Chiu later invites Kei-ying and Fei-hung to dinner on the grounds that he is looking for him. To prevent Chiu from plotting, Foon directs the defense, and Chai takes the yard and the back door. Chai later tried to block Chiu, the former boss, but failed.
Fei-hung and others eventually found out that the Russian spy Tomanovsky tried to assassinate Qing minister Li Hongzhang, and decided to participate in the contest, Chai as a lion tail to participate. When Foon is injured, Chai is responsible for keeping Foon safe. After confirming Foon's safety, Chai continued to serve as the lion's tail and in the process beat Chiu to win the lion dance competition.
