Kyle is a minor antagonist in We Bare Bears, appearing as the titular antagonist of the episode "Kyle". He is a koala who pretended to be Nom Nom's long-lost brother, Kyle.
He was voiced by Rhys Darby.
Personality[]
During his time pretending to be Nom Nom's brother he showed himself to be very friendly and likeable, however this personality was false. In reality, Kyle prefers to use lies and manipulation to get what he wants. Upon being caught and revealed as a fraud, his first instinct is to try and talk his way out of it, reminding Nom Nom "you were alone before you met me" and claiming their relationship is mutually beneficial. He doesn't seem to have any empathy for others, as seen when he realized his contract gave him full ownership of the estate if something happened to Nom Nom. Upon this revelation, he left his "brother" to die after fighting him over the contract. Nom Nom would have died had he not been saved at the last second by his bodyguard Farmer.
History[]
In the episode "Kyle", he showed up to Nom Nom's estate pretending to be his long-lost brother, Kyle. He became friends with Nom Nom and agreed to live together in the estate, although he was later caught in the act when his fake eyebrows fell off, revealing that in reality he was just a random koala off the street and just wanted to steal Nom Nom's fortune and mansion. After fighting with Nom Nom over the contract they signed, Kyle left his "brother" to die and attempted to escape the estate with the contract, but was wanted by police and arrested in the end.
