Kyle and Phoebe are two of the three secondary antagonists (alongside Cuda) of Netflix/Nickelodeon's 52nd full-length feature film, Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie, a spin-off installment of the SpongeBob SquarePants film series.

They are scientists, who work at the marine biology lab called the Bureau Of Official Texas Science, and work with Sue Nahmee to help her on her plan to clone all of the citizens of Bikini Bottom and sell them as pets.

Portrayals in their first villainous roles[]

Kyle was portrayed by Matty Cardarople.
Phoebe was portrayed by Ilia Isorelýs Paulino.

Appearance[]

Kyle is a man with brown hair, and Phoebe is a woman with long, curly brown hair, and she wears glasses.

They each wear a white cowboy hat, a long-sleeved shirt with flowers and fish, a belt, white pants, and white shoes.

Personalities[]

Kyle and Phoebe are known for being incompetent, lazy, and very dimwitted and despite their lack of Villainy and intelligence, their only villainous act was trying to help Sue clone all of the Bikini Bottom citizens but abandoned afterwards because this led to their stupidity taking over them.

Biography[]

Kyle and Phoebe appears in the B.O.OT.S lab when Bikini bottom got kidnapped and they realized that spongebob and sandy are missing. Sue Nahmee arrived and explained to them that the goal is to clone Bikini Bottom to sell them as pets, and they first did it to Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs. When spongebob arrives, Kyle then takes him to clone him. Sandy confronts sue and she gave her a monologue about her true intentions.

Realizing that Sue have mistreated Kyle and Phoebe, they helped Sandy escape by lining up her tank in her hamster wheel. Later they appeared at the end of the movie, watching the Cheek’s family Circus.
