Kyra is a demonic advisor, who took up the mantle of The Seer after the previous one was vanquished. She uses her power of divination to guide upper level demons in their evil deeds, most notably, to kill the Charmed Ones. Despite being born evil, she longs to be human and feel the same emotions that they do.
She was portrayed by Charisma Carpenter.
Biography[]
After the last Seer's death a new one took her place named Kyra. Known again as only "The Seer" Kyra worked for the Source of All Evil but didn't want to be a demon. She betrayed the Underworld as soon as she found information that could turn her into a human. She struck a deal with The Charmed Ones that she would receive humanity in exchange for information on demons from the Underworld. She shared a vision with Phoebe who also had the power of premonition to an extinct that was beneficial to The Charmed Ones, but before she could be of further use or became human she was killed by the demon Zankou.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Premonition: The ability to see the past, present and future in the form of visions, as well as feel the emotions experienced within those images. She is also able to share her visions with other psychics.
- Divination: Kyra often enchanted a pool of water in order to see events of the future even more clearly.
- Teleportation: She could teleport. Her particular method was 'shimmering' in which her body visually appears distorted before vanishing completely and reappearing somewhere else.
- Immortality: Like most demons, Kyra was supernatural immortal and could not die by conventional methods.
