Born in 1981, She started her business by selling knock-off makeup Products at her mother's stand at the age of 14. Until she started selling cocaine. She and Nidia Flore have been best friends since high school. After which she joined the Santa Blanca Cartel at the age of 17. She killed most of her husbands and went in and out of prison for most of her life. She is a specialist in getting information, leading her to the Peruvian cartels. Which Santa Blanca used to ally with them. She handles smuggling by railroads and in the air that comes from Peru to Inca Camina.
Operation Kingslayer[]
Nomad and Ghosts arrived in Inca Camina where they worked to destabilize the alliance between her and the Peruvians, by destroying the Cocaine shipments and stealing a Peruvian Drug lord's car to Ruin El Sueño Reputation.
After the damage they did the Peruvian lords heard this, and La Cabra set up a meeting to make up for this. they send a contract to demand them to lower their deals to make up for the losses. Bowman hears this and instructs the Ghosts to head to the location and kill both her and the Contact. They tracked down and killed both of them, leading to Tension in both the Peruvian Cartel and Santa Blanca.
