Lady Debonair (Debonea in the Japanese dub) is the main antagonist of the second season of the anime adaptation of Magic Knight Rayearth.
She is an evil sorceress and Queen who awaits the day when Cephiro will crumble due to lack of support from Princess Emeraude.
Debonair was, in fact, called into being by the darkness in the hearts of Cephiro's citizens, and as such has tremendous power that she wants to rule over Cephiro. She is not present in the manga, which instead focuses on the battles between Cephiro and the three invading countries of Autozam, Fahren, and Chizeta.
Debonair also appears in the videogame Super Robot Wars T as a boss.

Debonair was created from the darkness in the hearts of Cephiro's citizens following the death of Princess Emeraude. At some point, she "adopted" Nova as her daughter and recruited and brainwashed Alcyone.
Appearance[]
Debonair has pale-blue skin with white hair. She also has long fingernails, broad shoulders, and blue eyes. She wears a large gold headdress embedded with jewels and long pieces of gold hanging down. Her dress is black and frilled at the neckline. She wears a white cape.
