Lady Doppler is the secondary antagonist of the Dreamworks animated series Megamind Rules!, which serves as a sequel to the 2010 film, Megamind.

Lady Doppler was originally a weather reporter named Gail. After being fired from her weather reporting job, she turned evil and styled herself as Lady Doppler. She has the power to summon lightning from her hands. Her name, Gail, may be a reference to "Gale Force Winds".

She is voiced by Emily Tunon.

Biography[]

At some unknown point, Megamind formed the Doom Syndicate and planned to launch Metro City to the moon, but Megamind abandoned them in prison, presumably after they were captured by Metro Man.

Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate[]

She first appears when she break out of prison with the rest of the Doom Syndicate to visit Megamind, believing that he remains a villain and that his role as a hero is part of an evil plan. Megamind knew if they find out he is not a villain anyone, he will be beaten up by them. Megamind decides to keep up evil appearances unit he find a way to stop them. The Doom Syndicate later go on a crime spree and eventually challenge Megamind to prove he's still evil by robbing a bank.

Megamind tries to do this, but is aided by Keiko Morita, his self-proclaimed biggest fan, who helps him stage a fake robbery. Megamind lets his old crew fool him and reveals an abandoned villainous plot he made to launch Metro City to the moon using rockets placed underground. The Doom Syndicate prepares to launch them, but Megamind stops them by telling them he forget the password. However, they threaten to launch at the end of the day, or they will destroy the city.

They later learn his facade that night when he try trapping them in a portal-prison, where Megamind finds himself overpowered by them. He hides in an alley, feeling defeated, but is confronted by Roxanne and Keiko, who remind him that it's okay to ask others for help. Chum also returns when Megamind tells him that he is indeed his sidekick.

Megamind, Chum, Roxanne and Keiko team up to face the Syndicate of Doom, but fail to stop the launch. They manage to redirect Metro City safely back to Earth, and the Doom Syndicate bring locked back in prison, however, they are visited by Megamind's former mentor, Machiavillain, where he has broke them out of jail and began planing to get revenge on Megamind.
