Lady Edwina Hogbottom is the main antagonist of the 1995 (released internationally in 1996) sequel, Annie: A Royal Adventure.
She is an evil noblewoman who intends to seduce Daddy Warbucks, and mainly, to blow up Buckingham Palace with a rocket while all heirs to the throne are present for Warbucks' knighting so she will become queen. She is a child-hater. She is assisted by her son Rupert Hogbottom and his partner Mean Murphy Knuckles.
Much later, at the end, Lady Hogbottom's rocket is destroyed (due to Michael and Annie) and goes over the ocean. She is then taken away by Professor Eon, and eventually by the police.
