Lanzarote is a minor antagonist in the video game Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness.

Biography[]

Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness[]

Lanzarote is a mysterious demon idol who quickly rose to fame in the Netherworld through her brainwashing songs and her fake persona of an innocent idol who cares about all of her fans. She would have Hoggmeiser be her manager, having the richest demon in the Netherworld to amplify her fame through marketing.

She took up the role of an idol so she could slowly brainwash all of the demons of the Netherworld and usurp Overlord Laharl, becoming the next Overlord.

While Lanzarote was on tour, she would openly talk about her plan before she would perform another brainwashing song, however, Laharl and his vassals would overhear her plans. Lanzarote would change her plans to beating up Laharl and announce her victory and new position to all of her fans.

After Laharl defeated her, Lanzarote was helpless to any punishment that Laharl would give her, however, Sicily would convince her brother to let her go since Sicily was one of Lanzarote's fans. Laharl would decide to make Lanzarote's punishment to be Sicily's vassal, being forced to give up her plan to overthrow Laharl.
