Larry is a supporting antagonist in the indie survival horror Puppet Combo games, serving as the main villainous protagonist of Blood Maniac, Christmas Massacre, and the unfinished Texas Butcher.
He is a hulking, homicidal psychopath.
Appearance[]
Larry's face is censored, but we do know he is overweight and tall. He is Caucasian and is somewhere around between his late thirty's and late forty's.
Biography[]
Texas Butcher[]
The game starts off with a woman yelling at her child, scolding him about not feeding his dog "Max", she then says she is going on a date and his babysitter is taking care of him.
While she is on the couch, on the phone, Larry in his underwear and a horse head as a mask, sneaks downstairs and kills her with a knife.
Years later, Larry is wearing a baby mask, blue dungarees, a white t-shirt and black shoes. Unfortunately, the game was never finished, so there was only one house to kill people in. However, there are two cutscenes:
Larry arrives home as his dog tells him that his mother is waiting upstairs. He arrives to see his mother's dead corpse as she tells him to get a woman to settle down with.
The final cutscene features Larry's mother's head attached to a naked mannequin body as she tells him she was waiting for him all night.
Blood Maniac[]
The game is set on Thanksgiving Eve. Mental patients are dancing to some music at a sanitarium party when the nurse tells them it's time for bed. They all leave, except Larry, because he is hiding in the closet. When the nurse looks for Larry in the room, he leaps out and stabs her to death. He goes around killing all the sanitarium staff until there is none left and he escapes.
Larry heads into a convenience store and starts murdering the staff there. After everyone is killed, Larry puts on the famous baby outfit as the credits roll.
Larry exits the store and breaks into a van. He drives through the streets, watching out for the police and breaking into houses. After Larry kills everyone on the last level, he meets with Doggy as he tells Larry he needs to kill more people.
Christmas Massacre[]
The game is set on Christmas Day, 1959. It starts off with a nun telling Larry that he is not allowed to come to the catholic boarding school Christmas Massacre. Larry, in a Santa mask and only his underwear, gets revenge on the nun by sneaking into the kitchen, stealing a knife, killing the nun and then the rest of the kids. As soon as he kills the last kid, the credits roll.
Twenty years later, on December 23rd, Larry has grown up. He lives with a "talking" Christmas tree that tells him to kill, with Larry doing so over the span of four days, The 23rd, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Larry goes to two houses, one convenience store and one strip club.
Larry arrives home and discovers his tree missing. He heads upstairs to find his mother's corpse, with her face mangled constantly saying his name. The room catches on fire as Larry tries to leave. Text says "YOU ARE GOING TO BURN TO DEATH, LARRY" as we hear screams. The fire and his mother disappears as Larry leaves. He sees giant chattering teeth laughing and runs to his bed.
Larry wakes up in a strange place which is revealed to be a morgue as someone Larry had killed keeps saying "Hi Larry". Larry starts seeing his victims everywhere and starts killing all of them. He runs into the next room which turns out to be a class-room. Larry runs through and falls into a tunnel. He keeps running as it turns red and a high pitched scream plays.
Larry wakes up in his bed right next to his tree. It tells him it can't sleep and has a confession to make, but first, Larry must go back to the catholic boarding school and burn it down, thus giving the player a flamethrower.
After burning almost everything down, he comes across the nun who was stabbed in the chair in 1959, in a wheel-chair. Larry kills her, and runs away from the building.
He returns home to find the police in his house. The tree tells Larry that it had to co-operate the F.B.I. The game ends with a text that shows how many murders Larry commited.
After the credits roll, the epilogue starts. Showing Larry in a mental hospital, escaping and killing everyone on sight. Essentially recaping all the events from the beggining of "Blood Maniac" and "Texas Butcher" revealing the whole game to be a prequel. After killing all the staff, Larry exists the building, then the game ends.
