Biography[]
Laszlo was born into a poor family and later joined the Army of the Griffin Empire. With hard work, several wounds and perseverance, he successfully fought to the rank of commander. He showed talent mainly in commanding the infantry, he was a strict and cruel commander, but he was also respected because, thanks to him, his soldiers became brave, fearless warriors. He was loyal to the Empress, Isabel Greyhound, but after she was abducted and the succubus Biara returned to her body, she spoiled Laszlo, who became a different personality.
Laszlo as the commander of the Red Church.
A year later, riots broke out against Isabel, who founded the Red Church and proclaimed herself a saint. The two leaders of the rebels, lord Caldwell and archbishop Randall, spoke to the commanders of the empire, Freyda, the daughter of the famous Godric Unicorn, Archbishop Alaric and Laszlo. However, with his rude manners and harsh threats, the knight angered the two rebels so that they were completely determined to resort to a violent solution. However, Freyda and Laszlo could not attack immediately, as they were in the land of the sylvan elves, who supported the rebels and obstructed the offensive with minor raids, and desertions were common. Laszlo learned about the elves from a peasant, who then burned to death with his farm by the knight. The only solution was to occupy the peasants ’farms so that the elves and the rebels did not get food. A small reinforcement was saved by the two knights and the plan seemed to work as the elves left the forest after the occupation of the homesteads and defended the rebel camps. However, Freyda and Laszlo had a large headcount army, defeated the teams of two elves, Gilraen and Ylthin, and then attacked two large camps of rebels. Randall died in the battle, but Caldwell was the last one Freyda had killed because he didn't want to be captured and tortured by Laszlo or Alaric. Freyda's intuition was correct, as Laszlo said he had interrogated an old commander of his who said the child had been sent to Stag Duchy, but also detailed his brutal torture. He said proudly that he had taken both eyes, eight teeth and two limbs to get the information. Alaric was proud and pleased, but Freyda was shattered and disappointed. They then marched on the Stag Duchy. After that, however, in the duchy, suddenly on the farms, the peasants begin to turn into demons. Alaric wanted to search the area, but the reinforcement and all the soldiers were led by Freyda, even though Laszlo was not happy with the decision. Alaric and Laszlo decided because the demonic presence is strong in the area and it is suspected that the people are members of a demonic cult, so everyone should be killed and everything burned. Freyda protested vehemently against it, but Alaric warned her to obey the queen. A total of fourteen huts were burned, killing dozens of peasants, and four cities were captured and completely destroyed. They then captured the castle of Horncrest and defeat one of the most important rebel leader, Duncan Stag. Laszlo wanted to kill him, but then Fredya warned Alaric that killing a duke of the empire would only incite the rebels against them even more. The archbishop listened to the girl and instead imprisoned the rebel.
When they found out that Andrei was with the dwarves, Freyda, Alaric and Laszlo went to the border. Laszlo had already spoken to the dwarves, but because of his rude and aggressive behavior, the dwarves did not let him cross the border. Freyda and Alaric then spoke to them, the dwarves letting the girl through with only griffin soldiers and she asking the archbishop to try to hold up the bloodthirsty knight until he returned with the child. Laszlo then returned with a much larger army consisting of members of the Red Church, violated the agreement and launched an attack on the dwarf garrison and Tor Thrall. The dwarves retreated, the main army of the Red Church captured Tor Thrall, but Laszlo's army did not continue the attack, troops of other commanders continue the forward. However, over time, the dwarves engaged in guerrilla fighting against the armies of the reds, the main commander of the guerrillas being a border guard, Wulfstan from the Winterwind clan. The troops of the occupiers suffered several minor defeats, and the dwarves fought against them more and more effectively. For Laszlo, the situation became serious when Wulfstan and his team attacked a caravan that was transporting gold straight to Talonguard to his soldiers. Since he was already out on the front, military pay and supplies were essential for his army, but after losing the caravan, he and the other commanders also retreated. Then the rebel armies of Wulfstan and Duncan united, defeating a well-known commander, Rutger, and recapturing Thor Thrall. The dwarves then changed tactics and they had enough strength and resources to begin open battles against the larger armies of the reds as well. Several weeks later, Laszlo arrived at the border with a huge army, but Wulfstan and Duncan were already waiting for him. In addition to the bloodthirsty knight, Andreas and Lorenzo also returned with smaller armies. Laszlo's plan was to advance with the main army while the smaller armies marched behind him as reserve forces. He was actually trying his usual aggressive fighting style again, but the dwarves and rebels were preparing to attack and clashed with the reds In the battle, both sides fought extremely hard and there was a lot of loss for everyone, but after a while Laszlo's army began to wane and it looked like the knight would lose. However, he did not surrender and when he was almost completely left alone he did a strange thing. A dark aura began to appear around him and suddenly destruction spells worth the enemy troops. Laszlo seemed to use dark and demonic magic at the same time, his voice distorted, he began to growl, snarl, he then used this power again. However this time it was starting to rain of fire around himself and the dark aura just kept growing, he probably couldn't control that dark force that was getting more and more chaotic around him. Meanwhile, Freyda found Godric, who was lying with severe wounds near the tower where he was tortured. The paladin told him that Laszlo's messenger had also been there, so it was likely that he had caused him the serious wounds. In her anger and pain, she shouted Laszlo's name, who was suddenly struck down by a strong, divine spell with the power of Elrath. The butcher knight was struck simultaneously by a lightning strike and the divine force while the dark force around him was completely unleashed. Laszlo was almost completely destroyed, a crater with flames left in place of his body, and his dark aura was completely gone.
Personality[]
Laszlo was a grim, tough, and strict commander, yet loyal to the Empire and Isabel. However, Biara completely reversed his personality and Laszlo became a bloodthirsty, power-hungry and ruthless butcher. He was humble and loyal to Isabel and Alaric, but he was rude, uncarved, threatening, and obscene to everyone else. He loved to fight, kill, destroy, showed no remorse for his actions, only joy and pride.
