Laurel De'Vious is a major antagonist in Rainbow High, with her alongside her twin sister Holly De'Vious and their rivals Veronica and Naomi Storm all being served as the 4 main antagonists of Rainbow High's Rainbow Vision story arc.
She is a member of Rainbow High and primarily focuses on Performing Arts.
Veronica is voiced by Deva Marie.
Appearance[]
Laurel has a tall and thin teenage body type with pale ivory skin, almond-shaped light brown eyes with long eyelashes, arched light brown eyebrows, sparkly warm-toned eyeshadow, thick winged eyeliner, and scarlet red lipstick. Her hair is partially tied up in a high curled ponytail and resembles fire in color, having bright streaks of red, orange, and yellow.
Her main outfit consists of a white long-sleeved crop dress with bow-shaped sleeves. Printed in a metallic gradient of warm-toned colors are the words "Rainbow", "Magic", and "Sparkle". She accessorizes with large "R" gold statement earrings paired with a white choker and gold "R" pendant on it. Her footwear is white strappy sandals with gradient high heel platforms of her theme colors. She brings a mini bag that matches with the one her sister has; Laurel's is colored scarlet with gold details.
Personality[]
Just like her sister, Laurel is shown to be very sassy, demanding, and confrontational. As long as her and Holly are in the spotlight, she doesn't care for anything or anyone else. She is also shown to be a big drama queen, not putting up with anyone else's needs or desires. When she plays off her sister, she's most often the aggressor, while Holly tends to take a back seat and be more cunning and clever. Nonetheless, she genuinely loves her school and cares about its wellbeing. She also can soften up when impressed.

Laurel appears briefly in multiple shots in the Rainbow High auditorium with Holly as they watch the main 6 girls runway show.

Welcome Back, Bella![]
Laurel makes an appearance in the in the hallway, being seen with her sister Holly speaking to Bella, also hinting that they are probably the ones who made her expelled by imitating a clicking camera sound.
The Jett Dawson[]
Laurel is first seen with her sister by the door announcing to the students and audience that the Jett is back to Rainbow High.
Drama Audition Drama![]
She makes her largest appearance yet, where she and her twin tell all of the school that they are starting a play, and that they need a crew. Her and Holly make it very clear that they are very critical and particular, and that they won't be pulling any punches. Working together the girls run through the auditions, with Laurel in particular being very interested in River's performance.
Rainbow High on Ice[]
Carrying on from the previous episode, Laurel and Holly are hard at work preparing their play, also getting easily frustrated. She gets particularly angry at Amaya for constantly forgetting her lines. This boils over when she angrily accuses Amaya of sabotaging Georgia's voice. Amaya fixes this in the end by getting Jade to perform in place of Georgia, leaving Laurel impressed and proud of her work.
The Rainbow Union[]
Laurel and Holly appear in The Rainbow Union and make an order for Ruby. After she delivers the wrong drink, her answer Holly make sure to mock and belittle her, even attempting to cancel her. Later on, they're both seen walking through the shop with Ms. Wright as Ruby spills coffee on her, backing Ms. Wright up and insulting Ruby.
The Haunting of Rainbow High[]
She is seen with her sister eavesdropping on Skyler's conversation about Radiant Week, deciding to fake a ghost story in an attempt to scare her. Later on, she and her sister are shown freaking out over the graffiti on the unicorn statue, using this opportunity to lure Skyler and Poppy down the halls. Using The Assistant, they scare Skyler and pull Poppy into another room, blocking her in. After they al, escape, they prank her and Holly back, using The Assistant's help.
Rainbow High Radiant Week Kick-Off![]
She and her sister appear in the auditorium, offering Jade to work with them for their Radiant Week project . After being denied, she's instead shown to be working with Skyler, Ainsley, Avery, and her sister.
All Nighter![]
Laurel appears briefly with Holly and her Radiant Week teammates in the hallways.
Radiant Week SHOW DAY FINALE![]
Now presenting their project, Laurel and her teammates perform in front of Ms. Wright and Ms. Barnes, with her and Laurel changing into their classmates' outfits. Despite feeling very proud of herself, Ms. Barnes claims it doesn't represent perspective, leaving her and Holly angry.

She first appears handing The Assistant books, even knocking him to the ground. Later on, she appears in the halls with Holly as they tell the students about Shadow High, accusing them of all the pranks going on at their school.
The Eclipse - Phase One, Part One[]
She and Holly appear to be getting an interview on Rainbow Vision TV from Violet for a quick scene.
The Eclipse - Phase One, Part Two[]
Laurel appears walking through the halls with Holly, completely denying the possibility of Shadow High being the Rainbow Vision hosts. When some students question she, she retaliates, with her getting the most upset hearing Ms. Wright confirm it.
The Eclipse - Phase Two[]
Laurel and Holly appear at Shadow High checking when they're stopped by Veronica and Naomi, who pretend to not see their names. This infuriates them and causes Laurel to jump at them, needing Holly to hold her back. After this they enter the stage with Ms. Wright for the host competition, with Glitch interrupting them and stealing their thunder.
Out of the Shadows[]
Now onstage, her and Holly begin their speech on why they should be the hosts, interviewing Rainbow Dream in the process. As they interview them, both girls reveal they'll be giving free stays at The Sparkle Sisters Ski Lodge, enticing the audience. After the timer goes off, they exit the stage and head back to find Naomi and Veronica who bully them on their performance, with Laurel giving them an angry and dirty look.
Rainbow Vision Rifts "Audition Begins"[]
Sitting in the audience, Laurel and Holly appear completely shocked and humiliated as The Assistant sings "The Assistant's Song", a song dedicated to her and Holly.
Drama in the Wings[]
Laurel sits with Holly in the audience of Rainbow Vision and calls for The Assistant, with him nowhere to be seen. Feeling worried, her and Holly leave to go find him.
Dance It Out[]
Making a major appearance alongside Holly, they're first seen on Rainbow Vision TV on an advertisement for The Sparkle Sisters Ski Lodge, showing their lavish lifestyle off. After this, she walks through the halls with Holly and gossips about Glitch, saying how much she dislikes her. When they make their way to the stage, she and Holly imagine themselves singing "Click Click", with a music video accompanying it. Right when they finish, Glitch appears behind them and tells them to leave, making her and Holly feel embarrassed and defeated.
The Semi Finals Begin[]
She appears in the halls watching Naomi and Veronica trap some of Meena's Backup Dancers in a closet, feeling enraged by it. With Holly's help, they free them from the closet and prepare some payback, with them deciding to break Natasha's smoke machine. As it fires too much smoke, her performance is ruined and everyone is forced to evacuate, with her and Holly feeling quite proud of themselves.
…Now On with the Show![]
The twins are seen listening to Ms. Wright and then mockingly staring at the other twins in the atrium.
Here Comes Something New[]
Laurel appears with Holly in the control room attempting to sabotage Neon Shadow, with Naomi and Veronica bursting in right after them and threatening them with evidence. Laurel gets aggressive towards this before The Assistant comes in and calms everyone down, convincing them to work together and sabotage their other schools. They all agree and get to work, with Laurel in particular getting The Kingsley Boys on tour and out of running.
Defending the Title![]
Laurel and Holly are shown in the halls getting Glitch's attention, leading her to Coco, who badgers her with becoming a manager. With Coco's help, Glitch misses her cue and angers Naomi and Veronica who find the other twins and yell at them, with Laurel claiming Glitch is already a hot mess. They're later seen when Rainbow Dream performed "Hero" arguing backstage, with them stalling the other twins and preventing any sabotage.
Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 1[]
With both their schools in the finals, Laurel and her sister continue mocking the other twins, with them planning their sabotage of Neon Shadow. As they worked however, they were stopped by Avery and Ainsley, sending both girls away angry.

Laurel appears very angry about her school being taken out of the finals, throwing her phone on the ground in anger.
