Lawyer Goodwill is the main antagonist of the 1937 cartoon The Case of The Stuttering Pig and is considered to be one of the Looney Tunes' darker characters, especially given the fact that he's an exclusive foe of Porky Pig (who is known as one of the more "tame" of the Looney Tunes gang).
Lawyer Goodwil is a bulldog and in employment with Porky's family. At first portraying himself as a caring individual, Lawyer Goodwill soon shows his true colors when he tries to murder all the children heirs of his late friend, who left it in his will that should anything happen to his nieces and nephews, Lawyer Goodwill would own his property.
Wasting little time in his task of killing of a group of innocent children, Lawyer Goodwill utilized a mad scientist's potion to transform into a monstrous creature intent on destruction. He had managed to kidnap Porky and all of his siblings, and came very close to killing them, but luckily he was ultimately defeated by a case of the fourth-wall being shattered by an irate member of the audience rebelling against Goodwill.
|“||You wouldn't think I was lawyer Goodwill now, would you? I'm going to get rid of those pigs, and you can't help them, either! You bunch of softies! Yeah, you in the third row, you big softie!||„|
