Walter (AKA "Lay-Z I") is a member of The Crazy Eights. He is a troubled teen at Stoolbend High School and a father of six, who sells cocaine.
He is voiced by Noel Gugliemi.
Biography
In "Our Gang", Lay-Z I kicked the glass of a fire extinguisher case open, stole the fire extinguisher, smashed open the vending machine with the fire extinguisher, stole a can of soda, and then squirted the soda at a nerd, who rightfully called him a "Puto". The chaos caused by him and the other troublemaking teens of Stoolbend High School got them sent to a parent-teacher conference, organized by Principal Farquhare. During the meeting, Lay-Z I whispered something to AK Rocka, which made him laugh and they shared a fist bump. When the newly established Crazy Eights decided on starting a coke selling business (which they told Cleveland was a cookie-selling business), Lay-Z I said that he had a cousin in cousin in Columbia who could hook him up with tons of "baking powder". When Lay-Z I saw that Cleveland had stolen the bag of coke back from the Stoolbloods, he was unnerved and said that there was some important news he had to tell him about how they were actually drug dealers. However, AK Rocka did all of the talking for this explanation. When The Crazy Eights went to kill the Stoolbloods with Lester's guns and save Junior, Lay-Z I started crying like a pussy and saying that he didn't want to die because he had six children of his own. Cleveland rightfully slapped him across the face for this and told him to stop being a pussy and save his son's life. Lay-Z I busted out a bag of "sticky icky" (marijuana) and gave it to Momstabba in exchange for the cocaine Cleveland stole and flushed. After that crazy ordeal, Lay-Z I gave up his criminal ways and went to Columbia to get a job as a non-union electrician, having connections with his aforementioned cousin, who also worked that job.
