The Leader of the Flipper People is a minor antagonist in Paradise P.D., only appearing in the episode "Parent Trap". He is the second-in-command monarch of Flipper People, with the supreme leader being the Dolphin Queen. He is villainous for forcing Kevin into having sex with the dolphin queen with the intend of bringing new DNA into his people's gene pool and also for plotting an uprising against the land-dwellers to grant societal supremacy to the flipper people.
He was voiced by Dana Snyder.
Biography[]
In "Parent Trap", The Leader of the Flipper People welcomed Kevin to Flipperville, when the latter fell down into the sewers. He explained to Kevin that he, along with all of the other flipper people, had been banished to the sewers below Paradise, as their half-human, half-dolphin race was regarded as disgusting and subhuman. At first, the leader was very friendly with Kevin and invited him over to have Thanksgiving dinner with him and the rest of their humble people. Kevin was glad to be a friend to the flipper people but also felt very sorry that they had to be treated so poorly and live in such an unlivable environment. The leader then introduced Kevin to the younger generation of flipper people, which were also human/dolphin hybrids but looked far more like dolphins than humans on account of them having more dolphin DNA. The leader told Kevin about their community's crisis, saying that they don't have enough human DNA in their gene pool to keep their future generations human enough. Because of that, he saw Kevin as a perfect fit for the job of fornicating with their Dolphin Queen and giving their bloodline more variety, strengthening future generations. His ultimate plan for the future was to create a powerful army of flipper people, who would soon rise to the surface and take over the land-dweller's society, proving him to be a flipper person supremacist. Kevin refused to have sex with a dolphin but the leader told him that this wasn't a request and then forced him into the fish tank with a cattle prod. Kevin stood before the Dolphin Queen with his pants down and the leader kept nagging him to start making love but Kevin said that he couldn't get it up, while the second-generation flipper person, Jerry Flipperfist, was watching. The leader went over to Jerry to attack him with a cattle prod and Kevin ran off to escape. The leader went after Kevin and brought with him his muscular minion, Dolphin Lundgren, who was about to beat Kevin up until he had sex with the dolphin queen. Kevin fought back by punching Dolphin Lundgren and with one punch, he knocked him out. The leader of the flipper people and all of the other flipper folk cowered in fear and ran away, as Kevin had the one power that none of them possessed; the ability to make fists. With that, Kevin escaped and the leader would have to find a new father another day.
Although he did not appear in "Flip the Vote", flipper people were granted citizenship into Paradise and have lived aboveground ever since, rendering Flipperville a ghost town. Because of this, it can be assumed that the leader of the flipper people no longer wishes to dominate land-dweller society.
