Formed in the aftermath of the Goldfather's defeat in 1980, this group rose from the shadows as a new centralized threat to Metro City's peace. With a mission to sow chaos and reclaim control from the city's heroes, the League of Mean unites some of the most dangerous and unpredictable foes Cat Ninja has ever faced.

Trivia:

- They often leave behind a calling card: a red claw slash over a broken cat bell.
