Lee Na-yeon is a supporting antagonist of the first season of the Korean Netflix series All Of Us Are Dead. She is a wealthy, but arrogant high school student who sees herself as above others.
She was portrayed by Lee Yoo-mi.

Na-yeon is first shown as a spoiled, stubborn girl at Hyosan High who loves to spread gossip. During the zombie outbreak, she is unhelpful, selfish, snobby and gets mad at others for not doing their job, while not doing anything herself due to her cowardice. When she is called out on this behavior, she childishly defends herself and plays the victim.
Since he invaded her complex and pushed her on the way to the school, Na-yeon holds a grudge against Gyeong-su. She often picks on him for his wealth, calling him a "welfie". She is actually very insecure and envious of Gyeong-su having so many friends while she doesn't, causing her to feel isolated. This is seen especially when everyone in her group of survivors takes Gyeong-su's side when he has a nosebleed and Na-yeon thinks he is infected, but the others all believe in him when he says he isn't. To get the others on her side, she is shown not to concede when she is wrong and will go to lengths to prove she is right and trustworthy. This leads her to infect Gyeong-su to make him a zombie and prove to the other survivors she was correct about him being infected.
However, after she left the group and was attacked by zombies, causing Ms. Park to die saving her, she realizes her vile actions. She regrets killing Gyeong-su and even hallucinates with him out of guilt. She wants to fix her mistakes and help the group by giving them food supplies, which she unfortunately never gets to do because she is found and killed by Gwi-nam.
Her webtoon counterpart is much worse than the drama version. She is highly mentally unstable, going as far as hallucinating with Gyeong-su and stabbing Wu-jin with a scissor. Later, Na-yeon kills Mrs. Park too because she sees the vision again. Gwi-nam still kills her later on, but she dies while still thinking she is right.
Biography[]
Lee Na-yeon is a wealthy student as Hyosan high school. She is known to see herself above others, including Nam-ra, their class president. When she gets hit by Gyeong-su as a greeting, this is where her grudge against him starts. When they get to class, Na-yeon angrily berates Gyeong-su and the two almost fight before being held back.
When the zombie outbreak happens in the school, she hides inside the classroom with the rest of the characters, having a panic attack and arguing with multiple people, especially Gyeong-su. When Gyeong-su had to quarantine himself for an hour, Na-yeon wiped the infected blood on a stick with her handkerchief and then she put it on his wound. After that, Gyeong-su shows signs of becoming a zombie and is thrown off the broadcasting room. He survives the fall, now a zombie.
When Na-yeon claims she was right about Gyeong-su being infected, an angered Nam-ra exposes her and Na-yeon attempts to defend herself to the point she gets slapped for mocking her. Then she tries to put the infected handkerchief on her wound, but Ms. Park stops her. Enraged, Cheong-san shoves her into the ground for killing Gyeong-su and angrily shouts at her friends to stop ganging against her after what she has done, before accusing her as a murderer. She cries, saying she has no friends then leaves the broadcasting room with shame and remorse.
Ms. Park catches up with her but a zombie attacks. They run, but Ms. Park is bitten in the process. Na-yeon cries, seeing in her hallucination that the zombies are all Gyeong-su. Mr. Park pushes Na-yeon into the music classroom and closes the door, staying outside with the zombies. As Na-yeon sees her teacher tell her to survive no matter what and that it's not her fault, Ms. Park sadly succumbs to the virus. Na-yeon cries with remorse and locks herself up in the music cupboard.
Na-yeon spends a while locked inside music cupboard, without the courage to get out and face the other students when they go to the music room. After a while, the group leaves without knowing about her presence in the cupboard. One night, she picks up the camera of the remaining students and watches the recordings of them. She has a change of heart and decides to fix her mistakes. She gets the food supplies for her friends and finally walks out the music cupboard to go find them. Unfortunately, Gwi-nam the bully suddenly appears, corners her, asking if she is hungry. Then, he bites her and she is brutally killed by him for food.
Later, in Episode 11, she is seen as a zombie. She is killed by the bomb along with the other zombies as a way to stop the spread of the virus by the military.

Trivia[]
- In the webtoon, she infects Gyeong-su with a band-aid instead of a handkerchief. Due to her more unstable personality, she starts to hallucinate him in the webtoon as well.
