The Legions are major antagonists in the Transformers: Kiss Players radio drama and manga. They are creatures that are the result of Galvatron's energy being scattered all over when his crash into Tokyo leveled it and sent it all around resulting in his "cells" infusing with creatures as while it created the Kiss Players it also created the monstrous Legions too.
In the radio drama one particular individual is voiced by Hirofumi Tanaka.
Appearance[]
While they all very in appearance are robotic humanoids that have the face of Megatron with a long tongue and one individual seemly took form of a car for a altmode it had originally once been giving it a car like body with Megatron's face.
In the KREO Manga they are made from various KREO design figures meant to resemble army of Megatron.
Personalities[]
They all seemly hostile to everything besides each other as they attacked animals, humans and other Cybetronians but particularly prey on Kiss Players the most trying to eat them.
Though later on they were revealed to be somewhat influenced by Hitoshizuku Amaō's deceased daughter whose lifeforce ended up scattering upon her death Shizuku Amaō when Galvatron leveled Tokyo and turned her into a ghost from his Unicon energy as they seemly targeted and seemly try to stop her later on.
History[]
The Legions would be created when Rodimus Prime tossed Galvatron out of Unicron in Transformers: The Movie the chaos bringer redirected to send the Decepticon leader to crash to Earth leveling Tokyo and impact has Galvatron's energy or "cells" scatter which would create the Kiss Players but it also ended infusing with many creatures and vehicles resulting in the birth of the hostile Legions.
He would attempt to kill the Kiss Players implied to eaten some of them and attempted to kill at least Atari two times but defeats them; First by her Autotrooper once taking control of it and crushing it once it shrunk down smaller than human size.
Hot Rod and Shaoshao Li also would deal with some as well as Optimus Prime and Marrisa Fareborn as recurring antagonists.
At the end they were revealed to be influenced with lifeforce of Hitoshizuku Amaō's deceased daughter Shizuku Amaō seemly trying to stop her mother from reviving her through cost of others where they converge on her lab in Earth Defense Command allowing the heroes to follow and foil her. When Atari foiled Amao's schemes all the Galvatron's cells would be returned to him where Kiss Players loose their powers and Legions all cease to exist.
Trivia[]
- Them having a resemblance to Megatron likely reference is due to them being made from Galvatron's energy likely explaining why they look like his previous self.
- The Legion that Atari encountered seemly based on a Alterantors/Alteranity toy figures.
- Them having tongues likely a trend of Japanese Manga humanizing Transformers and ironically the actual Megatron/Galvatron would also have some instances of having it.
- Their appearance in the KREO Manga is used from various figures.
