The Legion of Horribles are the main group of antagonists during the second half of the fourth season of Gotham up to "That's Entertainment" . They may be the series version of the insane DC supervillain team called the Legion of Doom.
They are a terrorist organization founded and led by the infamous deranged career criminal Jerome Valeska and are composed of escaped Arkham Asylum inmates: Penguin, Mad Hatter, Scarecrow, Mr. Freeze, Firefly and later independent criminal Solomon Grundy. They operate in Gotham City under the solo purpose of driving the city mad.
HISTORY[]
