Now, I know what you're all thinking. Why have I gathered this legion of Horribles? That has a nice ring to it.
~ Jerome Valeska.

The Legion of Horribles are the main group of antagonists during the second half of the fourth season of Gotham up to  "That's Entertainment" . They may be the series version of the insane DC supervillain team called the Legion of Doom

They are a terrorist organization founded and led by the infamous deranged career criminal Jerome Valeska and are composed of escaped Arkham Asylum inmates: PenguinMad HatterScarecrow, Mr. Freeze, Firefly and later independent criminal  Solomon Grundy. They operate in Gotham City under the solo purpose of driving the city mad.

HISTORY[]

With the purpose of finally releasing the evil of his brother Jeremiah once and for all, Jerome decides to form a plan which promises to turn Gotham into an asylum, so that he manages to manipulate Arkham in order to have all the madmen at his disposal, including them. there were notable villains such as The Scarecrow, The Mad Hatter, and recently The Penguin, who had said he was not interested, but according to Jerome, he would eventually return.. And Jerome was right.

In: One of My Three Soups: Between Jonathan Crane, Jerome Valeska and Jervis Tech, the tasks are divided: Jerome goes to find information on Jeremiah's whereabouts with the help of his uncle Zach, who was waiting for him, and in fact, Thanks to a strong man from the circus, he almost manages to kill him, wanting to kill him by drinking very boiled soup, however, The Prophet is saved by Bruce Wayne, who has a fight with the strong man, taking advantage of the distraction Jerome gets up and he asks about Jeremiah again, and upon receiving his information, he kills him. After this, before the arrival of Selina Kyle, Jerome escapes.

Jervis Tech meanwhile had the task of distracting Gordon and the police, playing with people forcing them to commit suicide, through a radio station, a station that Harvey Bullock discovers sacrificing himself for Gordon to reach it, then Jervis decides to give him the words to James, apparently believing that he would not save those about to commit suicide, but with cunning and a good heart, Captain James Gordon saves the day once again.

Scarecrow's task was to get the suit and weapons from him.

Jonathan sprays the driver who was taking Jervis to Arkham with his fear gas, so that, together with Jerome, he can take the vehicle at ease.

With Tech and Crane behind, Valeska decides to leave for her next destination.
